 Important Information

In order to manage your expectations and achieve ellelashes & brows high standards of customer service, please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions.  We always strive to provide an environment that is welcoming and relaxing, allowing you to simply lie back and enjoy your lash and brow experience.

By booking your treatment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Booking your Appointment

All treatment appointments are subject to a 50% booking fee at time of booking.  Deposits can be made through Paypal and are non-refundable when appointments are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.  If appointments are cancelled a small Paypal transaction fee will be taken to cover this charge.  

Rescheduling

Life is busy and sometimes things just crop up, if you need to reschedule your appointment so long as tell us 24hrs before you will not lose your 50% booking fee and we can just move your treatment to a more convienient day and time.

Cancellations

Providing you let us know that you are unable to attend your treatment 24hrs before your appointment (and don’t want to reschedule) then you will be fully refunded, minus a small transaction fee.  It is regrettable that failure to provide the correct notice of cancellation will result in your 50% booking fee being non-refundable.

Our Right to Cancel

We always strive to fulfil our appointments on time and as booked.  In the unusual event that we cannot fulfil your appointment at all and need to cancel your booking, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time.  If reschelduling is not appropriate a full booking fee refund will be given.  We will contact you by telephone, failing that, by email and/or text message.

Payment

Cash, Credit & Debit cards are accepted.  Your final payment will be taken on completion of treatment and will have the pre-paid 50% booking fee deducted from the total cost.  By paying for your treatment you are indicating that you are happy with the service provided.  If for any reason this is not the case, please indicate this at the end of the treatment so any problems can be rectified.

Patch Test

All treatments that indicate that a patch test is required will need to consider this when booking their appointments.  This procedure is for your safety and peace of mind and needs to be carried out at least 48hrs prior to treatment date, please allow 30 minutes for this appointment.  The patch test is to check you don’t have any adverse reactions to the products being used, even if you’ve had these procedures carried out at another premises we will still require you to do this as it is unlikely the same products will have been used.

Children & Pets

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children and pets at appointments due to insurance purposes, harmful chemicals, expensive equipment and limited space.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and only collect relevant information to provide our services, we do not share or sell any of this data and you can request a copy at any time.  The personal information we collect may include name, email, address, phone number, payment and transaction data.  We will also note relevant product information and medical history/conditions in order to provide a safe treatment and comply with our insurance provider.  We may also collect relevant data of your visits to our website and social platforms, this data may used to anaylise and optimise our SEO and website performance.  If you contact us via telephone or email, this information may be recorded for future reference.  View Privacy Policy page.  

CCTV

We operate CCTV across the premises for the safety and security of our clients and staff as well as a deterrent of criminal activity at the property.
