My experience with Michelle and the lash lift has been great. My eyelashes now seem as if I had the mascara on all the time! But no. No makeup remover, no hustle before going out… An amazing time saver!
Before the treatment, she made sure I received all the information to prepare myself for it. She explained everything very clearly and was available by phone for any questions.
The treatment was very relaxing. Apart from the first sensation of a reflex closing my eyes, I even fell asleep! And Michelle was so dedicated to treating each one of my lashes in the best way possible that I felt I could really trust my eyes to her. From the moment I walked into her beauty room I was made to feel at ease and relaxed, we went through all the pre tests needed and of course COVID safety procedures.
I first had the eye lash lift with eye lash tint, which was amazing. So many comments about them. Then after a few sessions I had the henna eye brow tinting and waxing. I have had eye brow tinting for many years but the henna tint seemed to last longer 👍
All the way through having the treatments I was relaxed and Michelle explained everything she was doing at that time, yet still managing to feel chilled (unlike me)
She then went through all the aftercare on how to keep my luscious eyes.

I have been having brow lamination treatments for a while now and have to say I’m so glad I was recommended to have a treatment with Michelle. I can’t thank Michelle enough for a great job.
The salon has a very calming atmosphere and is clinical. I’m really pleased and the bonus is parking on site which saves me the extra car parking fee and time getting through Hereford traffic.

I originally visited Michelle for a brow wax.. After a few treatments she suggested that a Brow Lamination would be a good treatment to help my unruly mad professor man-brows.
After being slightly hesitant at first, my eyebrows now sit flatter and neater, no longer constantly brushing against my glasses, which was really annoying. Michelle achieved a really natural look and I now feel younger, groomed and more presentable.
